Overview

Cowan's 2022 spring Arms & Armor auction offers a wide range of exceptional firearms and edged weapons for the collecting community. Highlights include an Extremely Rare British Contract Grice Flintlock Rifle for Native Allies (Lot 20) and an Exceptionally Rare Edwin Budding Type 2A Percussion Pepperbox (Lot 87). 

For the collector of fine swords, a wonderful collection of 19th century Japanese dress swords will be offered (lots 156-166). 

Additional lots include an excellent selection of 21st century sporting shotguns by makers such as A.H. Fox, Parker, Ithaca, Parker Reproduction, and more.

PLEASE NOTE

We are happy to announce that the Cincinnati office of Hindman/Cowan's will be moving to a new location on May 23, 2022.

In advance of our move, we are requiring that all purchased property be removed from our current Este Avenue location within two weeks of the completion of each auction. For this auction, all property must be removed by May 11.
